Each wine will be thoughtfully paired with signature delicacies from Nanhai No. 2, a refined Chinese restaurant overlooking the stunning Victoria Harbour, offering a dining experience that artfully blends traditional Chinese cuisine with contemporary flair.
Founded in 1879 and family-owned by Francis Ford Coppola since 1975, Inglenook is renowned for its sustainably farmed Cabernet Sauvignon and Zinfandel, blending heritage with innovation. The Pennino label, a tribute to Coppola’s grandfather, exemplifies the estate’s commitment to tradition and quality. Since 2011, winemaking has been overseen by Philippe Bascaules, Managing Director of Chateau Margaux, whose Bordeaux expertise has brought a refined elegance to Inglenook’s acclaimed wines, while continuing his role at the iconic First Growth estate.
