The 2019 Gevrey-Chambertin Aux Corvées, which includes one-sixth whole bunches, has a perfumed, floral nose. Fine delineation, nicely focused, pressed iris flower. The palate is medium-bodied with gentle grip, leaning slightly more towards the red fruit. Pliant tannins with a touch of white pepper emerge towards the harmonious finish. Very pure, this should give 10 years of drinking pleasure.
