Join us for an exclusive wine dinner at the Oyster & Wine Bar, Sheraton Hong Kong, celebrating the esteemed Saint Julien estate, Chateau Beychevelle. As a renowned Classified Growth, Chateau Beychevelle is often referred to as the “Versailles of the Medoc” for its majestic architecture and storied heritage. The estate is renowned for producing structured, elegant wines that reflect the finesse and balance of the Medoc terroir, with a winemaking tradition dating back to the Middle Ages.
We are honoured to welcome Mr Erwan Le Brozec, Commercial Director of Beychevelle, who will guide guests through a curated tasting experience. The evening will showcase significant vintages, including the rare and celebrated 2000, the refined 2011, and the promising 2020, alongside complementary selections from the estate. Each wine will be beautifully complemented with a bespoke menu, designed to highlight the depth and character of Beychevelle’s style.
