Domaine Arnaud Baillot is a rising star in the world of wine, boasting top-tier plots in various appellations and earning high praise from wine critics, top sommeliers, and avid Burgundy lovers. Passionate about the diversity of wines the Burgundy region has to offer, Arnaud Baillot, owner and winemaker, has teamed up with his wife Laure, the granddaughter of the founder of Domaine Hudelot Noellat in Chambolle Musigny. Together, they have produced a spectacular range of villages and crus from over seven hectares of organic certified vineyards.

This June, we are thrilled to welcome Mr Arnaud Baillot to Hong Kong for an exclusive wine dinner at the Sheraton. Join us for this curated six-course dinner, meticulously crafted to complement the exquisite wines, including their Saint Aubin 1er Cru and Vosne Romanee 1er Cru.
