Nicolas Feuillatte stands as France’s No.1 Champagne owing to its consistently outstanding quality. Guests will enjoy a curated selection at the dinner: the house-style Reserve Exclusive Brut NV, the frui-forward Reserve Exclusive Rose NV, the well-balanced Blanc de Blancs 2019, alongside the very rare Prestige Cuvees Palmes d’Or Brut 2008 and Palmes d’Or Rose 2008. Produced solely in outstanding vintages, Palmes d’Or is an expert assemblage sourced from premier Grand Cru sites, with a distinctive 5% component originating from Montgueux. This prestige cuvee sees an annual production of merely 15,000 bottles for the Brut, and 5,000 bottles for the Rose, in exceptional harvest years.
