The exceptional line-up includes the celebrated Talbot 2015, the powerfully structured Talbot 2010, and a very special presentation of the Talbot 2000 in magnum, offering a unique perspective on the estate's legendary ageing potential.

This distinguished dinner will be held at the acclaimed Cuisine Cuisine at The Mira, where each course of sophisticated modern Cantonese cuisine will be expertly paired with these monumental wines.
