We are delighted to announce an exceptional wine dinner featuring a premium Burgundy winery, Domaine Arnaud Baillot, at Above & Beyond, Hotel ICON. Domaine Arnaud Baillot is a rising star with top-tier plots in Beaune at the heart of the Cote d’Or, spanning seven hectares of certified organic vineyards. Passionate about the diversity of wines the Burgundy region has to offer, Arnaud Baillot, owner and winemaker, has teamed up with his wife Laure, the granddaughter of the founder of Domaine Hudelot Noellat in Chambolle Musigny. Their philosophy is to respect and promote the complexity and biodiversity of the Burgundy wine region while crafting terroir-driven wines. Steen Ohman of Winehog has praised their work: “They are producing very good wines; the portfolio is coherent and harmonious across the range, and all the wines are well made.”

Join us for the exclusive curated eight‑course wine dinner at Above & Beyond, boasting breathtaking views of Victoria Harbour. Each dish has been meticulously designed to harmonise with six of Domaine Arnaud Baillot’s exquisite wines, including their coveted Vosne Romanee and Saint Aubin 1er Cru. Seating is very limited for this intimate dinner — early reservation is highly recommended to avoid disappointment.
