This exceptional evening will be held within the luxurious, three-Michelin-starred setting of T'ang Court, a restaurant celebrated for a decade of retaining this prestigious accolade and renowned for its authentic Cantonese masterpieces. The event will be graced by the presence of Ms Bernice Cheng, General Manager, Asia Pacific, of Domain H. William Harlan, offering a unique opportunity to gain insights directly from the estate's regional representative.
The dinner will feature a curated vertical tasting of The Mascot, showcasing the 2020 and 2019 vintages, alongside the library release of the 2018 — a back vintage on tight allocation. The Mascot is a Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon of remarkable pedigree, sourced from the younger vines of the iconic Harlan Estate, BOND, and Promontory vineyards. Originating as a private wine shared only among the family and close friends, it provides a rare glimpse into the evolution of its legendary parent estates. This is a singular chance to appreciate a wine that is both expressively approachable in its youth and crafted for exceptional longevity.
