Delivery

You can pick up your orders from locations stated here, during business hours (9am to 6pm Monday to Friday), our Client Service Team will be in touch when the orders are ready for pick-up.

Yes, we do. Local Delivery is free of charge to an address located in Hong Kong island, Kowloon and the New Territories for any purchase of HK$1,800.00 and above (after discount). Any order with a net amount below HK$1,800.00 will be charged $150 per delivery.

Delivery to Lantau and Ma Wan is subject to an additional delivery fee of $200 for each delivery point. Delivery to other Outlying Islands may be available upon request. Additional charges will apply for deliveries to addresses where lift access is not available.

If you are not in when we try to deliver or if the address provided is incorrect, we will be in touch and rearrange delivery which may be subject to a re-delivery fee.

We can facilitate shipping to most countries so please contact our Client Service Team for any International delivery requests.

All shipping charges, applicable duties and taxes, and any special packaging will be payable by customers. For the relevant terms and conditions, please refer to our Terms and Policies.

We will always do our best to cater for any delivery amendments.

Please contact our Client Service Team as soon as you know you would like to make a change and we will try to accommodate as much as possible.

You will need to upgrade your account to a Storage User Account in order to benefit from this service. Once upgraded, you will be able to store wines that you purchase on our online shop. Please click here to read more about our Storage services.

Once upgraded, you will be able to buy En Primeur wines on our online shop, and have the option to select between storing them in France (at origin) or in Hong Kong. This applies only to Omtis Storage Accounts users.

If you decide to store your wines with us upon check-out, every online purchase greater than $1,800 will entitle you to one delivery token, up to a maximum balance of five delivery tokens.

Delivery tokens can be redeemed from your storage account for future local deliveries upon wine withdrawal from storage. Please click here for information about wine withdrawal.
