Domaine Drouhin, Roserock Zephirine Pinot Noir

The 2021 Pinot Noir Zéphirine Roserock is intensely aromatic with exotic florals and savory herbs accentuating wild strawberries, followed by lifting hints of camphor. Wonderfully fresh and invigorating, it soothes with its silken textures and dark red and blue fruit depths, taking on a more tactile feel and crisp minerality toward the close. It finishes with medium length, leaving a licorice tinge and subtle, slowly fading tannins. It aims to please, and it’s nearly impossible to put down.
