The 2015 Martin, the Saint-Estèphe cru, has a tightly wound bouquet with redcurrant and cranberry fruit, cedar and sous-bois. The palate is medium-bodied with a strong sour undercurrent on the entry and it attenuates too briskly towards the bitter finish. Tasted at the Oenoconseil tasting room in Bordeaux.
