In general, 2021 could be described as a vintage of "happy surprises" according to Decanter, both for winemakers who managed to successfully battle the weather to harvest healthy, ripe grapes and for wine lovers who appreciate a return to cool-classic, fresh, aromatic, balanced and elegant Bordeaux.
