Leading the helm at Drunken Fish, the newest seafood and auction concept at Wynn Macau, Chef Zhang promises an unforgettable dining experience by creating a special menu featuring his signature dishes, artfully paired with the Year of the Dragon Vintage 2012 horizontal selection from Baron Philippe de Rothschild, which includes Domaine de Baronarques Blanc 2012, Chateau d'Armailhac 2012, Chateau Clerc Milon 2012, Petit Mouton 2012, Chateau Mouton Rothschild 2012, all served in magnums, finished with Chateau Coutet 2012. During this highly exclusive lunch, Ms. Wenjia Wang, the Asia representative of Chateau Mouton Rothschild, will expertly guide you through the exquisite pairing of culinary delights and fine wines.
Each guest will also be invited to an exclusive Grand Tasting featuring wines from more than 20 Chateaux on 24th November (Sunday 2-4pm).
