This evening offers a privileged tasting journey through the estate's finest wines, from the vibrant Petit Chablis and classic Chablis village to the superior terroirs of their Premier Crus, Fourchaume and Cote de Lechet, culminating with their majestic Grand Cru, Les Clos.

The event will be hosted in the beautifully renovated setting of Hoi King Heen at the InterContinental Grand Stanford Hong Kong, where an exquisite 8-course dinner has been crafted to complement the wines. Domaine des Malandes is a family estate renowned for crafting elegant Chablis from 29 hectares of Kimmeridgian soil, achieving wines of exceptional freshness and minerality.
