For this inaugural wine dinner, we are delighted to welcome Master Sommelier Mr. Pierre-Marie Pattieu of Jackson Family Wines, who will guide you through an exquisite tasting journey. The evening will feature six exceptional wines, thoughtfully paired with an exquisite menu of refined Chinese cuisine, while Pierre-Marie shares insights into the estate’s remarkable legacy and winemaking philosophy.
