We are delighted to invite you to an exclusive wine dinner featuring the historic Napa Valley estate Inglenook and its celebrated sister cuvee, Niebaum Pennino. We are honoured to welcome Mr Rob Baxter, Export Director of Inglenook and Niebaum Pennino, who will be joining us in person to present a curated selection of wines including Niebaum Pennino Edizione Pennino Zinfandel 2022, Niebaum Pennino 1882 Cabernet Sauvignon 2020, Inglenook Blancaneaux 2017 and Inglenook Cabernet Sauvignon 2013. Each wine will be thoughtfully paired with signature delicacies from Nanhai No. 2, a refined Chinese restaurant overlooking the stunning Victoria Harbour, offering a dining experience that artfully blends traditional Chinese cuisine with contemporary flair.

Founded in 1879 and family-owned by Francis Ford Coppola since 1975, Inglenook is renowned for its sustainably farmed Cabernet Sauvignon and Zinfandel, blending heritage with innovation. The Pennino label, a tribute to Coppola’s grandfather, exemplifies the estate’s commitment to tradition and quality. Since 2011, winemaking has been overseen by Philippe Bascaules, Managing Director of Chateau Margaux, whose Bordeaux expertise has brought a refined elegance to Inglenook’s acclaimed wines, while continuing his role at the iconic First Growth estate.
