The highlight of the evening is a vertical experience of The Mascot by Harlan – a prestigious Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon made from the younger vines of Harlan Estate, BOND, and Promontory. You will enjoy the latest 2021 and 2020 vintages, along with a limited library release of the 2019 vintage, each thoughtfully paired with a bespoke dish designed to showcase how the wine evolves with food. The Mascot delivers the pedigree of Napa Valley's finest in an expressive and approachable style, with potential to evolve well in the next decades.
