As an existing client of Omtis Fine Wines, we communicate with you through a primary email address that you supplied when you first joined us. When you create your online account, we recommend that you use this primary email address.

You can access your account by logging in as a returning customer.

Yes, please contact our Client Service Team and we’ll be able to do this for you. You may not be able to view your merged history online.

Once you are logged into your account you can update any of your details including your password, billing and delivery addresses, and payment details. If you cannot access your account, please get in touch with our Client Service Team and we’ll get you back online.

If you’ve forgotten your password, then you click “Forgot Password” on the Login page, and you will be guided through the process of setting a new one. If you still cannot access your account, please get in touch with our Client Service Team.

On your account you will be able to:

  • View your wish list and online order history (since launch)
  • Edit your account settings
  • Manage your preferences
  • Upgrade to an Omtis Storage User account and manage the inventory stored with us

Upgrade to Omtis Storage if you would like to store wines with us. Also you will gain access to a breadth of services available on the platform including En Primeur purchasing and up-to-date valuation of wines that you store with Omtis.
