The 2019 Chablis Les Clos Grand Cru has noble, well-defined bouquet of vibrant citrus fruit infused with pressed white flowers. The oak here is neatly integrated. The palate is well balanced and quite taut, leading to a fresh, saline finish that is focused and very mineral-driven. A sophisticated and well-crafted Les Clos.
