(almost 100% sauvignon blanc, with a bit of sauvignon gris): Pale straw-green. Lovely gooseberry and guava aromas on the inviting nose. Fresh and bright in the mouth, with crisp lemon and green fig flavors complicated by creamier notes of guava and peach. Finishes crisp and long, with an intriguing glyceral quality.
